Resilience Optimization for UAV Routing in Interdependent Infrastructure (In Progress): focuses on resilience optimization for interdependent power-telecom infrastructure under emergencies, aiming to restore critical community services quickly and cost-effectively. 1) Continuous-time MILP is developed for tower restoration, sequencing, emergency relay usage, UAV routing, and crew routing; 2) a two-stage objective is applied: first maximize served demand, then minimize operational cost and service delay; 3) computational analysis covers disruption scenarios, Monte Carlo uncertainty, scalability, and a near-optimal CEM pipeline for larger instances.
